How fast will I have my photos?
Next business day for most shoots. Your gallery link arrives by text or email the moment it’s ready, and the photos are already sized for MLS, print, and social.
Where do you shoot?
Across Greater New Orleans, the Northshore, and Baton Rouge. Mandeville, Covington, Slidell, Metairie, Kenner, Hammond, and the surrounding parishes are all home turf; farther out, a small travel fee is shown before you book.
What is a twilight shoot, and when does it happen?
A twilight set is the property photographed as the sky turns, with every window lit. It’s scheduled against that day’s actual sunset, so the time moves through the year; the booking form shows the exact window for your date.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
No. Pick your package and a real open time, and your slot is held. The invoice comes with your photos, and downloads open the moment it’s paid.
How do I pay?
By card through the secure pay link in your gallery or your invoice, or by check. Your receipt comes automatically.
What sizes do I get?
Full-resolution files for print, MLS-ready copies in the size the MLS accepts, and web copies for social. One tap downloads the whole set as a zip, or any single photo.
How should I get the house ready?
Lights on, blinds open, counters clear, cars out of the driveway, pet things tucked away. Ten minutes of prep shows in every frame. I’ll send a short checklist when you book.
Can I get a website and marketing pieces for the listing?
Yes. Every delivery can publish its own listing page, and your gallery comes with a marketing kit: ready-to-post social cards and a printable flyer built from your photos, previewed before you download.
